Universal Credit Show & Tell

Senior stakeholders from the UK government attend the Universal Credit Show & Tell.
What’s interesting?
Show & Tell is a ritual in agile delivery that usually happens every 1-3 weeks. It is an opportunity for the team to share progress by demonstrating working software and insights from user research. It also allows people with a stake in the work to see actual progress, challenge the team and seek clarification on approach.
Show & Tell is an effective governance forum. At this event, the team shares their work with senior stakeholders (UK Government Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and Directors).
Instead of relying on slide decks or status reports, agile governance encourages stakeholders to “go see delivery”. This picture shows that brilliantly.
