Co-op wills team seeking to understand the priority of needs of customers, staff and the business.

What’s interesting?

  • The team are designing the Co-op will service by starting with the user and their needs.

  • The team are prioritising needs based on two things: the levels of demand, and the value of meeting that demand.

  • The team have developed a shorthand for what they mean by ‘value’. This makes prioritisation discussions easier because everyone has a shared understanding of what it means. The plain English makes it accessible.
