A short experiment for the Centre for Digital Public Services to test the belief that people learn most by doing.
What’s interesting?
The course was designed, run and iterated in the open from beginning to end.
Loads of helpful resources popped out the other end, including design challenges, user research tools and a prototyping kit.
The Labs format made it safer for teams to experiment on real-life problems outside their day jobs. Cheaper and quicker than spinning up a team to build an Alpha!
